Delete your data

PolyBall has no accounts. Almost everything the game knows about you is on your phone; two anonymous things can exist server-side and are deleted on request. Both are explained below.

The fastest way

Uninstalling PolyBall removes the save file, your settings, your scores and the gameplay log with it. Nothing survives the uninstall and nothing is kept elsewhere. In the browser build, clearing this site's data in your browser does the same for that browser.

Without uninstalling

In the game: Settings › DATA › RESET PROGRESS clears your scores and progress. Settings › DATA also turns the gameplay log off and deletes it.

Note that Android may keep a backup of the save in your own Google Drive if you have Android Backup switched on. That copy belongs to your Google account, not to us, and Google's own backup settings control it.

Purchases

Purchase records are held by Google Play, not by us. We never see your name, your email or your payment details. Refunds and purchase history are handled in the Play Store or at play.google.com/store/account.

Ads

Google AdMob may hold an advertising identifier associated with your device. You control it in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads, where you can delete or reset it. In the EEA and the UK, the game's Settings › DATA › AD CONSENT row reopens the consent form so you can withdraw consent.

Online data

Two anonymous records can exist on our servers, both keyed to a random install identifier generated on your device (never your name, email or anything you typed):

Leaderboard row: your best scores, each with its mode and side count and the plate, title and title font you had equipped, under your GENERATED player name, if the game ever submitted one. Kept so the board can show your rank; not removed by RESET PROGRESS or uninstalling.

Analytics events: anonymous usage statistics (PostHog), which you can switch off in Settings › DATA › ANALYTICS.

To delete either or both: email abdaishere@gmail.com with the word DELETE. Rows are removed within 30 days, and the reply confirms what was deleted.
